2. Commission the Order
- Complete
and submit the order and creative
selection forms. (It's actually fun!) It will be well worth the time spent
so please
be specific, thorough and detailed in your choices.
3. Submit a Secured Deposit Payment.
As soon as we receive
your payment,
which is one half of the total order price, we'll begin
work on your customized domain
design theme. Our initial
non-refundable deposit payment covers the hours spent on
your creative roughs, proof pages, temporary
hosting setup, and a competitor analysis,
to assure
your website makes competitive and marketable impact.
4. Within a few hours of ordering,
you will hear back from us with preliminary ideas and requests
for any other information we may need. Hours of work will then go
into your customized original domain mockup.
5. When your proof is ready, we will send an email containing
password info for
you to access the proof site. Carefully proof your order and return the modification
form with any changes. If you
don't like the results please let
us know why you came
to this conclusion. This will help us continue in creating
a site that reflects your tastes.

6. We maintain the copyright
during the creation process on all parts of
the domain. We
sub-host your site preliminaries and search to make sure none of
your site infringes on any existing copyright. The website does not
become your
property until it is completely paid for
and the copyright transfer takes place.

At WebWrx,
we never copy or use design elements from other sites unless
you hold the
copyright to those materials. This policy assures our customers that
their designs are original creations without infringing on another's
property. We will
however, view other site URLs that you like, to familiarize
ourselves with your
particular tastes to design something within that style.

Our 14 day money back trial
period
goes
into effect after your site
is
finished, paid for, and launched. During this time we will,
continue hosting, make
all corrections, mail you site maintenance
instructions, and supply support as you
walk it through. If you're
still not pleased, we will gladly refund the second portion
of
your payment. This affords you plenty of time to research
other hosting plans
and decide if you want to continue hosting with us. If you choose to move, we will
gladly assist you

Sign-Off
